양식넙치에서 분리한 Streptococcus sp.의 생화학적 특성 및 병원성에 관한 연구

The biochemical characteristics and pathogenici ty of Streptococcus sp. strain isolated from diseased cultured flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus were studied. The causative organisms were identified as Streptococcus sp. by biochemical and biophysical characteristics. Also, It strain was named BF-I, and it grew at optimal 3% NaCI and pH 9.0. Total cell protein peptide bands of the Streptococcus sp. (BF-I) wsre between 14.0-120.0 Kd in molecular weight by the electrophoretic analysis, and a tatalof 33 band iappeared. In the pathogenicity test, the flounder injected group with 1. 0 X 108 dulfish was 10 out of 10 died wi thin 72hrs, and with 1. 0 X 107 dulfish 8 died winthin 72 hrs, but in the group wi th 1.0 X 106 dulfish was not died within experimental date. Drug sensitivity of BF-I strain was sentivity to AM, C, E, GM, K, N, S, SxT, TE and FF, and intermidiate to CF and V.
