일반적으로 産卵前에 核酸關聯物質의 含量이 높았으며, 越冬前에는 현저히 낮은 값을 나타냈다. 짱뚱어의 核酸關聯物質 總量은 産卵前에 그 含量이 높았으며 越冬直前에 그 감소폭이 뚜렷하고 越冬이후는 오히려 그 含量이 産卵前 이상으로 증가되었으며, 試料採集時期에 따른 核酸關聯物質의 含量의 變動幅은 미꾸라지에 비하여 짱뚱어가 훨씬 크게 나타났다.

The contents of nucleotides were generally higher before spawning and remarkably lower before hibernating season than the others. Total contents of nucleotides of mudskipper were the most before spawning and the wide of decrement before hibernating season was obvious, but after hibernating season were more than before spawning. The wide of changes with contents of nucleotides from the sampling season, mudskipper were remarkably higher loach.
