1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Appraisal information compose of threee parts: past appraisal data, price data and reference materials. This study focus on the efficient cumulation and using of appraisal information especially past apppraisal data. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This includes data analysis and surveys from both appraisers and officials who work at appraisal company. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Survey results suggest that appraisers agree with incentive system and need more various information about past information data. Most of officials of appraiser company need guideline from th KAPA in constructing information system. 2. RESULTS The conclusion in this study is as follows. First, it is necessary to set up feedback system when KAPA(Korea Appraisal Property Association) collect appraisal information from appraisal company. Evaluation result of appraisal information is like adoption of incentive system and recalculation of Information grade system. Second, scope of data collection should be considered from the viewpoint of future using of appraisal information. 3. KEY WORDS appraisal information, incentive, information grade
