A Theoretical Approach on the Real Estate Distribution

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to establish a theoretical foundation for real estate distribution to utilize the transaction activity of real estate. (2) RESEARCH METHOD To achieve the research objectives, this study systematically reviews the previous studies related to the real estate distribution and develops a conceptual model of the real estate distribution to analyze the transaction activity of real estate. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS This study develops a conceptual model for the real estate distribution. This model is based on the relationship between the human and the real estate. It tries to explain how individuals act on the environment of real estate. 2. RESULTS The main purpose of this study is to establish a theoretical foundation for real estate distribution to utilize the transaction activity of real estate. Based on the previous studies, this study develops a conceptual model of the real estate distribution for analyzing the transaction activity of real estate. This model tries to explore how individuals act on the environment of real estate. The results of this study also suggest the developmental directions of the business of real estate distribution, its distribution system and specialization in the global market situation. 3.
