A Empirical Study on the Determinants of Trust in the Real Estate Policy

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study has three basic objective : first, to examine the real estate policy trust level ; second, to identify the independent variables which might affect real estate policy trust ; third, to analyze the extent showing that the identified variables are explaining real estate policy trust. (2) RESEARCH METHOD For the purpose, the previous studies and theories concerning the policy trust were reviewed. And the questionnaire was performed the consciousness of the real estate broker, and the major statistical methods used for this research were ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS The questionnaires were given to 200 real estate brokers of 5 districts that are Dong-gu, Seo-gu, Nam-gu, Buk-gu, Kwangsan-gu, who are well versed in real estate. 2. RESULTS The Multi Regression analysis results from determinative factors of real estate policy trust are as Follows ; The ranks of importance effect are policy process(β=.309, p<.015), policy contents(β=.275, p<.000), and policy PR(β=.157, p<.000). But the effect between real estate policy trust and policy actor(β=-0.01, NS) is not significant. 3. KEY WORDS policy actor, policy process, policy content, policy PR, real estate policy trust
