This paper examines Cheongguyeongeon Nakeun Version (CNV), which has not yet been presented to academia in detail. The purpose of this paper is to study not only bibliographical aspects of CNV but also forms and contents of works contained in CNV. In addition, the editing process and relations to other sijojips (a collection of short lyric poems) are discussed. The contents of this paper are summarized as follows. First, CNV has no prelude, writers are not well-identified, and there is no standard in the arrangement of works. Judging from the fact that well-known sijos are contained in CNV, it can be thought as a collection of shijos edited for singing materials. Compared to other sijojips, CNV contains a high rate of pyeongsijo (a basic and typical sijo). Unlike pyeongsijoes in Cheongguyeongeon Authentic Version, pyeongsijoes in CNV are less set-patterned. There are many works in which the contents are changed. Therefore, CNV can be an excellent material to probe the role of the editor of the sijojip. Judging from the contents of its works, it is assumed that the editor of CNV was a person who was attracted to works whose contents were about the life of nature rather than that of love and whose contents were about helping others and concern for the nation. Through the arrangement of works and written direction for moving the works, inquiry was made about the editing process of CNV. As a result, it was found that a sijojip containing 100 works was made first, and then 69 works were added to make the 2nd version of CNV. CNV was made by copying this version. The arrangement of works and aspects of works contained in other sijojips show its origin. CNV is proven to be unique because it was not influenced by any specific sijojip, nor did it influence any.
