This paper is focused on identifying Jnanasribhadra's and Jnanavajra's Biography and the notion of Mind-only in their Commentaries on the Lankavatarasutra. Due to the lack of their biographical evidences, his date of birth has been approximated by comparing details of his life and works with those of other Indian Buddhist logicians. After investigating relationship between Jnanasribhadra and the late tenth and mid-eleventh centuries Indian Buddhist scholars and the late eleventh century Tibetan Buddhist scholars, I have come to the conclusion that his date of birth was probably between 1020 and 1080. In the case of Jnanavajra, Jnanavajra was born later than Jnanasribhadra. The reason is that he mentions some ideas from Jnanasribhadra's work. Therefore, I conclude that Jnanavajra lived between 1050-1110 and that he was a later Indian Buddhist who belonged to the Yogacara-Svatantrika-Madhyamaka school. Jnanasribhadra's and Jnanavajra's interpretations of mind-only is based on the philosophical tendencies of later Indian Buddhism. That is they are both strongly influenced by the Yogacara_Svatantrika_Madhyamaka school. Even though Jnanasribhadra claims to be a follower of Dharmakirti, his philosophical position regarding the ultimate truth adopts the ontological ideas of the Madhyamaka school's ontological idea.
