Management Performances and Subcontracting Structures of Automobile in Daegu Area

본 연구는 대구지역 자동차 산업의 하청구조 실태를 파악하고 하청구조 형태와 경영성과를 분석하는 데에 그 목적을 두었다 . 대구지역의 자동차 하청업은 대구지역 경제에 중대한 영향을 미치고 있기 때문에 자동차 하청업체의 발전은 대단히 중요한 과제에 속한다. 본 연구에서는 무작위로 선정된 기업체에 대해 설문조사를 통해 얻어진 자료를 통계적인 방 식으로 구분하여 가설을 검정하는 방식을 택하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 자동차의 하청구조를 계층구조, 거래형태, 협력정도로 구분하며 경영성과는 기술수준, 품질수준, 원가수준 및 매출수준으로 구분하여 하청구조에 따른 경영성과를 비교하고 하청구조가 만족도와 경영성과의 관련성에 대해 분석하고 다시 만족도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다 그리고 대구지 역 하청 업체들의 8 가지 현안문제들에 대해 하청구조에 따라 어떻게 반응하는가를 분석하였다.

This paper aims to analyze real states of the structures of automobile parts industry in Daegu area and to find the relationships between the types of subcontract and Its management performances The development of automobile part industry is very important to Daegu regional economy because the economy of Daegu is greatly depend upon machine industry, and especially automobile parts subcontractors are driving forces in the machine industry In this paper we collected data from firms randomly sampled through the questionnaires method to test statistically five hypothesis The subcontract structures in automobile parts are classified into hierarchical structure, types of transaction and three groups according to the degree of cooperation, and management performances are measured by technology levels, quality levels, cost levels and sales levels. And subcontract structures are tested to see the relations with degree of satisfaction and with management performance, then the effect of satisfaction to management performance are tested and finally current issues concerning subcontract in automobile parts industry are analyse to see if the responses are different by subcontracting structures.
