'The various types of story' was a lower level of slave chasing folklore and formed the conflict between owner and slave which contained chasing and capturing the escaping slave in the late of Chosun Dynasty 'The various types of story' was on the basis of real happening in the late Chosun. It was divided with three aspects, such as basic, change, expansion according to transmitting consciousness by each different group. And 'The various types of story' had a direct and indirect influence on forming the slave chasing story such as 『Kim Hak Gong Chon(김학공전)』, 『Shin Kae Hu Chon(신계후전)』, 『Tan Kum Dae(탄금대)』, 『Park Man Duk Chon(박만득전)』, 『Shal Shin Sung In(살신성인)』 and 『Sam Kang Moon(삼강문)』 and so on. In the basic type, as it had a focus on the owner's part, the slave who stood against his owner was punished severely by the government. So the basic type showed the conservative consciousness of the intelligent people who didn't want the unsettlement and disturbance of slave system. In the change type, it emphasized the slave's position. Fleeing slave's status free was achieved legally under the owner's admission. Here the owner and the slave kept good relationship each other. They tried to find harmonious relationship and searched for coexistence. So it showed clear thought that the slave had to be free from his owner in the change type. In the expansion type, basically it emphasized the owner position but it made the entire narration in view of good and evil. There were folklore additions which motivated many interests. Both the slave's bad behavior and the owner's revenge stood out in it. Therefore, this expansion type story confirmed naive consciousness that encouraged good and punished evil by transmitting groups. The stories which accepted directly the narrative construct of 'various types of stories' were 『Kim Hak Gong Chon』 and 『Shal Shin Sung In』. Two works inherited from the basic type among them. 『Shal Shin Sung In』 accepted simply the basic type. 『Kim Hak Gong Chon』 changed the construct of basic type. 『Shal Shin Sung In』 was adapted into 『Sam Kang Moon』 later. 『Kim Hak Gong Chon』 had various remaking process succeeding to 『Shin Kae Hu Chon』,『Tan Kum Dae』, 『Park Man Duk Chon』. Consequently, slave chasing stories were formed by two methods, making the story of folklore, and remaking the former stories.
