A Study on Establishment of Logistic & Payment Integrated System(LPIS) in Electronic Commerce of Goods

According to the rapid growth of electronic marketing, the damages caused by non-facing marketing, anonymous trade, ante-payment & post-delivery, small shopping mall has risen sharply and the problem of payment and the delayed delivery or non-delivery for contract canceling and non-refund has knocked the safety of electronic marketing down. Escrow service is suggested as an alternative and the government gave the plan for legislative action on consumer-damage remedy for electronic marketing in may, 2004. Though Escrow service is expected to do well for keeping securities about electronic settlement, there are demerits that is, lack of giving information of distribution and communication between consumers and producer on line. In this study, we take a closer look at the effect of LPIS(Logistic & Payment Integrated System), establishment of LPIS, the way and the need because we have to consider rapidly changed want of the consumer with high-leveled informations and our corporations need a new industrial circumstance like the service with high quality through competition. And then we have LPIS as the solution not to mention offering information of physical distribution making use of Escrow.
