Practical use of the Internet is expanding activity space of individual and enterprise newly. The Internet changed revolutionary information flowing between enterprise and consumer and the enterprise is approaching to global market by new mode as use of web.The Spatial gap of domestic market and foreign market is disappearing by the development of Information Technology and Internet use. Enterprise is requested to apply actively e-business mode that is new transaction form. This paper analyzes Internet use and e-business present condition of Korea and Japan. korea is going first than japan in the internet use of utilization ratio of teens and twenties. The differential between sex is also appearing little in korea.The study is compare the Web content's personality, membership system availability and advertisement of site as main popularity web site 30 of two countries. This result is that korea adapts actively in new Internet environment relatively in general but Japan is shown image conservatively.Such cultural difference of two countries has related to the result that appear in Hobbes Ted's comparison culture study.
