유방촬영 영상의 유용성 평가

Usefulness Evaluation of Mammographic Image

목적 : X-선을 이용한 유방촬영술에서 영상수용시스템과 현상시스템에 따른 화질 관리를 하고자 phantom을 이용하여 영상의 유용성을 평가하는데 있다. 실험방법 : 동일한 유방촬영장치를 이용하고(모든 조건 동일) 영상수용시스템인 필름/증감지와 현상 시스템을 control 그룹과 4개의 그룹으로 분류 실험하였다. Control group은 영상수용시스템(A사의 편면증감지, 편면필름), 자동현상시스템(A사의 mammo용 자동현상기) , 현상액등(A사의 mammo용 자동현상액)의 시스템이 동일하며 A group은 영상수용시스템이 다르고(A사의 양면증감지, 양면 필름으로 mammo용이 아니고 일반촬영용임) 자동현상시스템, 현상액등의 시스템 동일하며 B group은 영상수용시스템 동일, 자동현상시스템, 현상액동의 시스템이 다르며(B사의 자동현상기이며 일반촬영용) C group은 영상수용시스템 및 자동현상시스템 현상액시스템이 다르며(A사의 양면증감지, 필름의 조합과 B사의 일반촬영용 자동현상기 및 현상액), D group은 영상수용시스템 동일, 수동현상의 경우로 실험하였다. 결과 : phantom 1에서 평가항목은 3개였으며 32점 중에서 control 그룹은 29점, A 그룹은 25점, B 그룹은 16점, C 그룹은 11.5점, D 그룹은 28.5로 B, C 그룹을 제외하고 우수한 화질을 표현 할 수 있는 시스템이었다. phantom 2에서는 평가항목은 4개였으며, 38점 중에서 control 그룹이 38점, A 그룹은 30점, B 그룹은 16, C 그룹은 12.5, D 그룹은 37점을 각각 얻었으며 phantom 2 에서도 B, C 그룹은 화질이 불량한 촬영 시스템으로 나타났다. 결론 : phantom 1, 2 촬영에서 얻어진 유방촬영시스템에서 화질에 영향을 미치고있는 인자는 모든 촬영인자에서 가지고는 있지만 이중에서도 시스템에 대한 것으로는 영상수용시스템과 현상시스템 등이 화질에 대한 영향이 크게 미치고 있었다.

Purpose: To valuate the usefulness of mammographic image by using phantom 1, 2 to controls the enhancement of image quality Procedure: Set up same equipments for experiment (all the qualification must be the same). Control group and 4 other experiment the developing mammographys by using the image system with film/intensifying screen and distribute marks on each test objects of phantom 1, 2. Result: The results of the experiment using phantom 1, 2 on control group and 4 others are. 1 phantom 1's valuation with 3 items. - control group received 29 out of 32 - group B received 16 - group D received 28.5 - group A received 25 - group C received 11 5 The evaluation shows that the system has proved to display excellent image quality except group B and C. 2. Phantom 2'S valuation with 4 items - control group received 38 out of 38 - group B received 16 - group D received 38 - group A received 30 - group C received 12.5 Even with phantom 2, group Band C has displayed poor image quality Conclusion: Both experiments using phantom 1 and 2 have shown that the most strong factor that control and influence the image quality are the filming equipments. Especially, the developing system has most powerful influence above all.
