A Study on the System Public Land Law

Land public law is the embodiment law to execute Articles 23, 119 or 121 of Constitutional Law and it prescribes the private rights of land by public law and individual law. This study examines the system of current land public law and the problems on national land and urban planning system, urban development system, enhancing efficiency of land use regulations, system of land acquisition for public businesses and land system for adjustment between public and private interests. Therefore, it is to establish the system of land public law for balanced development of national land by preventing disordered development, ensure continuable development and efficient use and preservation of land and seek the system of land public law which can guarantee the national property right.
