The focus of this thesis is a paper on the social security right in the constitution and the long-term recuperation of the old. The social security right in the constitution means right that can require active payment of substance that is fixed about the country to run life that becoming to human who individual who need patronage by social danger corresponds in human's dignity. And right to mean right to receive Social security On a Act, social insurance, society compensation, Public assistance, social welfare, and receives social welfare life guarantee and independence by purpose, doing people basis life guarantee of munimum limits and promotion of rain rehabilitation through monetary allowance, stability of life and welfare through monetary allowance by purpose, speak synthetic allowance claim about doing social welfare service. The constitutions, we to this, have specified duty in which a state does its best in improvement of social security and social welfare by the 34th article 2nd clause by part of the security method of a human life. Calling it 'social security' says the system where the grant decided as social individuals who are therefore in a protection state dangerously, such as a sudden accident, an illness, unemployment, old age, and death, enjoying a human life to the state can be charged. A state and public body pay all or a part of the expense, and people have the right which receives the social security corresponding to duty in which national social security is carried out, that is, the social security right.
