여성소설의 서술방법 연구 -「먼 그대」와「풍금이 있던 자리」를 중심으로-

A study of the modern Korean -women's fictions -About the characteristic of the feminist narrative attitude-

This paper aims to find the likeness of two korean women's ficitions, Seo, young- eun & Shin, Kyung-sook's. Both writers are very famous and their's fictions are estimated very good in our country. And their novels are achieved some validity position in our literature history. Especially, <Far away, thee 먼그대> and <풍금이 있던 자리 A place where the organ lied in> are most popular and evaluated in their texts. But two texts are very similarly each other, particularly narrative content and thematic instance. What makes the different texts are alike, and because why we don’t know the fact that the texts are the same. It is my task to examine the similitude of two texts in this these. For the time being, I assert that the narrative modality makes two resemblance fictions different. For the efficiently study, I use two narrative skills. First, the narrative mode which consist of four elements(description, comment, speech, report), and the next, the narrator who speaks, sees, hear, reports, critizes in the fiction (also, narratee). I think that a certain narration ways determinate a text character of itself, in the long run. In the first, the selection of narrator makes two texts totally different. Seo's fiction, <먼 그대> is used the third-person narrator, the extradiegetic narrator. On the contrary Shin's fiction <풍금이 있던 자리> is used the first-person narrator, the self-narrated monologue narrator. Because of these narrator's role, two texts have very different color, different world to indicate. As Seo's narrator viewed all of the protagonist's dramatic long-life, and sad love, he(or, she) evokes readers's logical pathos which makes them feel in sympathy. On the other hand, Shin's narrator is made for stirring up the reader's ethos to sympathize the protagonist' situations. These defferent narrators mislead our impression two similarly texts. Next, in the use of the narrative mode, Seo's fiction takes the critized report mode to show the tragic protagonist, and makes the story clear that is aimed to appeal the readers through the logical judgement. On the contrary, Shin's fiction considerable use the lyrical description mode. It makes the readers' sympathetic emotion enlarge, and evoke the readers interpretation to join the protagonist's tragic situation.
