방송통신대학생들의 교육참여 관련 변인의 주관적 삶의 질에 대한 영향력 분석

Effects of Educational Participation Variable on Subjective Quality of Life of Open University Students

본 연구는 주관적 삶의 질 관련 선행연구 검토를 기반으로 하고 방송통신대학교 광주학습관에 참여하고 있는 방송통신대학생들 12명을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 그들의 주관적 삶의 질과 관계가 있는 교육참여 관련 요인들을 추출하였다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 방송통신대학교 광주학습관에 참여하고 있는 방송통신대학생들 408 명을 대상으로 교육참여 관련 요인들 중에서 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 연구결과 교육참여 관련 변인으로 교육기관 관련요인, 교육의 질 관련 요인, 인간관계 요인, 학습환경 요인, 학습자 심리 요인 등이 도출되었다. 조사대상자의 개인배경별 주관적 삶의 질 차이를 분석한 결과는 결혼여부에서 기혼이, 연령에서는 고연령층일수록, 소득수준에서는 소득수준이 높을수록 삶의 질 점수가 유의하게 높게 나왔다. 마지막으로 개인배경 변인, 교육참여 관련 변인의 주관적 삶의 질에 대한 영향력을 분석한 결과, 우선 생활만족도에는 인간관계 요인, 교육의 질 관련 요인, 결혼여부 등이, 정서에는 인간관계 요인, 학습환경 요인, 연령, 학습자 심리 요인 등이, 주관적 삶의 질에는 인간관계 요인, 교육의 질 관련 요인, 학습환경 요인, 연령의 순으로 유의미한 영향력을 가지고 있었다.

This study extracted educational participation factors being related to subjective quality of life by review about preceding studies and by depth interview with 12 adult Iearners who participate Kwang-ju learning institution of Open University. By being based on this, this study analysed factors which influence on subjective quality of life out of educational participation variable on 408 Open University students. This study results are followed by. First, extracted educational participation factors were educational institution factor, educational quality, human relation, learning environment, and learner's psychology. Second, results of analysing differences of subjective quality of life by personal backgrounds were examined meaningful differences in whether or not marriage, age, and income. Finally, factors which effect on life satisfaction were identified according to human relation factor, educational quality, whether or not marriage. Factors which effect on affect were identified according to human relation factor, Iearning environment, age, learner's psychology. And factors which effect on subjective quality of life were identified according to human relation factor, educational quality, leraning environment, age.
