Economic Orders and E-Business

The modern society, in which we live, is also called economic society. Economy is an essential constituent, which determines the fate of a state and also a criterion with which we can judge one s quality of life, state throws all its effort into economic development. The constitution prescribes economic orders in a seperate chapter regarding the importance of economy. The state has focused on adapting its system to a new environment of a digital economic era. The level of our digital technology is superior and regarding this fact, it is no use of mentioning the importance of e-business. As mentioned before, e-business is an essential term of the digital economy, mostly related to electronic business deal, which includes a wide range of contents. In the order of law, systematical support to e-business is an important part on which the fate of nation depends. Economic globalization by opening the economic needs some measure in that it pursues self control and minimizing the regulation of nation. In this aspect, the state first needs to find some measures to supplement the system and minimize regulation or interference to induce the activation and development of e-business. But in spite of the importance of economy and the world-wide inclination to the liberalization of economic, measures should not lay beyond constitutional law which presents fair competition and equal opportunity. Even in global economics, basic rules about national order cannot change. The value of economic justice through liberalization and democratization of economy is still valid even in the e-business era. One should maintain a basic attitude supporting e-business and economy. Beyond the liberalization of economy, but also the legal order of economy is important. Since the world does not exist only for the economically strong.
