Contents Providers can protect their interests by using technology, contracts, provisions on protecting technique and license agreements in DRM system. Traditional Copyright Law may play a role only as a safety net and a means of supplementary protection in DRM system. However, DRM system as a diverse means of protection causes a problem on overprotection. Because it is wonder whether they need not only protection in copyright law but also something else. Scholars have not taken the problem seriously yet. But it is the very law, the author thinks, that has to solve this problem. DRM systems are definitely better than collective management systems. Even so, it never means that DRM system is perfect. So, the author try to bring up a question on DRM systems and expect to make a wider and deeper study of DRM systems.
