A Study on the Ways for Introduction of Electronic Bill of Exchange

The Title Registry under Bolero Bill of Lading in Europe and TEDI RSP Model in Japan provides a fully functional equivalent to the paper bill of lading. But model on electronic bill of exchange are not materially studied and tested on a national or global basis. Like electronic bill of lading, electronic bill of exchange are indispensable for electronic trade. Therefore model and law revision on electronic bill of exchange must be studied and tested on a regional or global basis. The purpose of this paper is to study the model and ways for introduction of electronic bill of exchange to streamline the e-trade procedures by way of prompt introduction electronic bill of exchange.
