중국 지적 제도에 관한 연구 - 한국 지적 제도와의 비교 -

A Study on the Cadastral Systems in China

지적 제도는 국민의 재산권을 보호하고 각종 토지관련 정보를 국가·지방자치단체·공공기관과 일반 국민에게 제공하는 중요한 기능을 하고 있다. 한국과 중국은 서로 다른 토지소유제도와 사회제도를 운영하고 있으며 그에 따라 운영하고 있는 지적 제도도 다르다. 본 논문에서는 한국과 중국의 지적 제도의 성립에 관한 비교를 진행하였고 근대 지적 제도의 성립 및 지적 제도 성립의 동기와 과정의 특징에 대하여 기술하였다. 그리고 지적 제도 운영에 관한 비교로 지적조사·지적도면 체계·지적당안 관리에 대하여 분석하여 비교·연구를 진행하였다.

In every country, the cadastral systems are used to protect citizens' properties and provide many kinds of land information for the nation, the local governments, the public departments and every citizen. Between China and Korea, there are many differences in terms of the land tenures and social regimes, accordingly the cadastral systems are also different. Therefore, this paper firstly depicts the definition and features of cadastral system, and narrates the motivation of establishing this system. With this understanding, this paper compares the two different cadastral systems in China and Korea. The comparison mainly focuses on the management of cadastres, cadastral investigation, and cadastral map system.
