우리나라 地籍測量技術의 中國進出 方案 硏究

A Research on Plan for Advance into China Conducted by Cadastral Survey Technology of Korea

본 연구의 목적은 지적측량기술의 개방화·세계화 추세에 맞추어 지리적·문화적 환경이 가까운 중국의 지적제도의 실태를 조사·분석하고, 이를 토대로 우리나라 지적측량기술의 중국진출 방안을 제시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위한 시간적 범위는 1992년부터 2005년 현재까지로 하였고, 공간적 범위는 한국과 중국으로 하였으며, 내용적 범위는 우리나라 지적측량기술의 중국진출에 대한 최선의 방안을 제시하는 것으로 한정하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 연구방법으로 접근방법은 법률적 접근방법과 기술적 접근방법을 병행하였고, 조사방법은 문헌조사법과 사례조사법을 병행하였으며, 분석방법은 기술적 분석법(記述的 分析法)을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 우리나라 지적측량기술의 중국진출 방안으로 첫째, 합작에 의한 국내 지적측량기술업체의 진출방안 둘째, 지적측량 기술교육의 적극적 현지화 방안 셋째, 지적측량 기술서비스영업 및 상품판매의 진출방안으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is, meeting the trend of globalization of cadastral survey technology, to find a way to enter the Chinese cadastral market. I researched and analysed the actual condition of Chinese cadastral system in this paper. To accomplish the purpose of the study efficiently, it was focused on examining the situation from 1992 to 2005 in Korea and China and intended to submit the best way to enter the market in terms of space and substance respectively. Legal and technological approaches were used for the study methodology while doing the case study along with the literature search method. Descriptive analysis was applied as the analysis method. As a result of the research, the ways to succeed in the Chinese cadastral market are as follows first, the Collaboration with Chinese survey companies Second, Positive localization through education of cadastral survey Third, Business on technology service and selling goods.
