항공정사사진과 수치지적도의 활용방안과 정확도 분석에 관한 연구

A Study on the Application Method and Accuracy Analysis of Aerial Ortho-photo and Digital Cadastral Map

본 연구에서는 항공정사사진으로 제작한 수치표고모델과 수치지적도의 정확도를 평가하여 항공사진측량 기법을 이용한 지적 불부합지 일제조사, 지적도의 불부합지 수정 방안 등의 지적업무 개선 방안 및 지리정보시스템 구축 등의 활용 가능성을 제시하고자 연구대상지에 대한 실험 및 관측자료를 이용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 영상정합 기법을 이용하여 추출한 표고값을 이용하여 구축한 수치표고모델의 정확도는 평균 50cm 정도로 나타났으며, 지형지물의 특징에 따라 다소 차이가 발생하였다. 둘째, 수치정사사진을 이용한 도화성과와 기존의 지적도를 이용하여 편집지적도를 제작한 후 수치지적도와 편집지적도의 정확도를 분석한 결과 X, Y-좌표값에 대하여 평균적으로 80cm 정도의 오차가 발생하였으며, 표고에 의한 영향은 적게 발생하였으나 표정점의 불명확으로 인하여 오차가 많이 발생하였다. 셋째, 수치지적도의 경우, 임야 및 전?답이 많은 농촌지역에서는 정확도가 평균 1m 정도로 나타났으며, 이것은 표고차에 의한 영향은 상대적으로 적었으나, 표정점의 불명확으로 인한 오차가 많이 발생한 것으로 판단된다. 넷째, 도심지의 경우, 수치지적도의 정확도는 평균적으로 60cm 정도로 나타났으며, 항공사 진측량의 특징인 건물의 표고차에 따라 오차가 지역적으로 발생하였으나 수치지적도 지역에서는 영향을 적게 받는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to show the practical possibility of GIS construction, and the improvement program of cadastral works for the survey and revision of cadastral discrepancy area by the accuracy evaluation of digital cadastral map and ortho-photo made with DEM. The results of this study are as follows. First, the accuracy of DEM, extracted by image-matching method, is about 50cm and the characteristics of covering materials on the area effects the DEM accuracy. Second, the digital cadastral map was produed with digital orthophoto and the modified cadastral map was produced with existing cadastral map. The accuracy result compared two carastral map is about 80cm according to X and Y coordinate. The major error seems to result from indefinite orientation points, but the relief displacement also influences the error. Third, in the rural area formed with forests, fields and paddy fields, the accuracy of digital cadastral map is within 1m. The major error of cadastral map seems to result from indefinite orientation points, but the relief displacement also influences the map accuracy in consideration of aerial photo scale, and of modified cadastral map scale. Forth, in urban area, the accuracy of cadastral map mainly comes from the height difference of building which features the characteristics of photogrammetry. The format of existing cadastral maps, whether it is a digital cadastral map or a handicraft cadastral map, effects the accuracy of cadastral map.
