A Study on the Improvement of the Cadastral Information Classification for Ubiquitous Cadastre

토지에 대한 가치의 중점이 소유 중심에서 이용 중심으로 변화하고 있는 현대 정보사회에서 지목정보는 토지이용분류의 대표적인 유형의 하나로서 “토지이용현상에 대하여 특정한 체계를 정해서 토지의 종류를 토지의 주된 사용목적에 따라 분류ㆍ표시하여 지적공부에 등록한 정보”라고 정의할 수 있다. 우리가 살고 있는 사회가 정보화ㆍ다양화ㆍ도시화됨에 따라 지적제도 역시 다목적 지적, 유비쿼터스 지적으로 발전되고 있으며, 따라서 지적제도의 기반정보요소인 지목정보는 그 다양성과 정보갱신의 적시성이 이루어지지 아니한다면 이용가치가 없는 정보에 불과하다. 본 연구에서는 지목정보가 토지관리를 위한 기반정보로서 유비쿼터스 지적제도의 필수불가결한 정보의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 현행 지목정보 분류체계의 개선방안을 제시하였고, 제시된 지목정보가 향후 부가가치 창출이 가능한 요소로 유지 관리될 수 있도록 지목정보 중심의 데이터베이스 모델을 제시하였다.

The value of the land changes from its ownership to its use, which is the classification of land use based on the cadastral information. The cadastral information is one of the most representative ways of land classification. It can be defined as the information registered on cadastral Records by classifying and noting the types of the land based on the major purposes. Modern society has become information-oriented, urbanized and diversified as well the cadastral system which has become multi-purposed and ubiquitous. For this reason, The cadastral information would become useless if there is no timely information updates and diversity. This research is to suggest improve the cadastral information classification so as to role as an important and inevitable information for the efficient use and management of the land of the ubiquitous cadastral system. Finally, A cadastral information oriented data base model is suggested. The model is aimed to maintain the suggested cadastral information in such a way to create added-value in the future.
