文化觀光政策의 視空間 構成 戰略 硏究: 서울의 夜間文化觀光 프로그램 開發을 中心으로

A Study on the Time-Space Construction Strategy of Cultural Tourism Policy: Focusing on the Development of Night Culture Tourism Programs in Seoul

세계화, 정보화, 디지털 시대의 등장으로 시공간 경계가 점점 소멸되어가고 있다. 그로 인해 24시간 직업군들이 창출되고 있고, 시간에 얽매이지 않는 자유로운 라이프스타일을 추구하는 호모나이트쿠스(homo nightcus)들이 등장하고 있으며, 관광패턴 또한 다양화되고 있다. 바야흐로 현대도시는 개개인의 다양한 감수성과 욕망, 생체리듬, 삶의 조건들을 바탕으로 시민들의 개성과 라이프스타일이 존중받고 공존하는 24시간 열린 사회, 24시간 개방도시로 나아갈 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 ‘야간(夜間)’은 삶의 꿈과 욕망, 자본과 정보와 상품, 독특한 경관과 삶의 자취가 존재하는 새로운 문화적 삶의 터전이 되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 야간자원들을 활용한 문화관광정책의 시공간 전략 수립이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 서울은 24시간 살아있는 역동적인 문화도시로서 야간문화관광 자원들이 풍부하다. 그런 의미에서 본 연구는 서울의 야간문화관광 자원 현황을 파악하여, 그에 걸맞는 다양한 야간문화관광 프로그램 개발 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The boundaries between time and space are collapsing with the advent of globalization, informationalization and digital generation. On this account, new industries for night market presented, homonightcus active in night time with free lifestyles appeared, and the leisure and tour activity patterns diversified. It inspires cities to be 24 hour-open cities and society. In this context, the 'night' becomes new area of cultural lifes with people's dream and desire, capital and product, nightscapes and traces of life. So it is needed to establish time-space construction strategy of cultural tourism policy using night culture resources. Seoul has a plentiful resources of night culture tourism as 24 hour lived and dynamic culture city. In that sense, this study aims to demonstrate the resources of night culture tourism and develop diverse programs of night culture tourism in Seoul.
