地籍確定測量地域의 新ㆍ舊地番 連繫化 方案 硏究

A Study on the Plan for the Linking System between New and Old Parcel Numbers at the Confirmed Cadastral Survey Area

본 연구의 목적은 지적확정측량지역의 신ㆍ구 지번에 대한 연계화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 연구범위를 시간적으로는 2001년 12월부터 2003년 5월까지로 하고, 공간적으로는 경상북도 영주시로 하며, 내용적으로는 지적확정측량지역의 신ㆍ구 지번 연계화 방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 연구방법으로는 기술적 접근방법(技術的 接近方法)을 사용하고, 조사방법으로는 문헌조사법과 사례 조사법을 병행하며, 분석방법으로는 기술적 분석법(技術的 分析法)을 사용 하였다. 분석 결과 지적측량 지역에 있어서 신ㆍ구지번의 연계화 방안으로는 첫째, 지적획정측량 지역 업무관리의 통합화 둘째, 전산정보처리조직의 연결고리 개선 셋째, 관련법규의 정비 및 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to present the plan for the linking system between new and old parcel numbers to the confirmed cadastral survey area. To achieve the purpose of this study as above officiently, the study realm was focused on the period from Doc 2001 to May 2001 while targeting Youngjoo City, Gyeongsang-bukdo in terms of the space Meanwhile, the study was further aimed at suggesting a plan for linking system between new and old parcel numbers at the confirmed cadastral survey area in terms of the contents. As a method of the study, technical approach was used Also, literature survey and case study method were used at the same time with the investigation method. Technical analysis was used for the analysis method. As a result of the analysis, the study shows that it is urgent 1) to integrate the business management in the confirmed cadastral survey area, 2) improvo the network of the computer processing system, and 3) revise and improve the related laws for the linking system between new and old parcel numbers at the confirmed cadastral survey area.
