A Study on the Mode of Land Parcels in Dokdo

본 연구의 목적은 지적학 측면에서 독도리의 필지를 조사ㆍ분석하고, 이를 토대로 독도리의 필지에 대한 태양을 규명하는 것이었다. 이상의 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 연구범위를 시간적으로는 1961년 4월 1일부터 현재까지로 하고, 공간적으로는 독도리로 하며, 내용적으로는 필지의 태양을 규명하는 것으로 한정하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 독도리의 필지모양은 지반이 연속되지 않은 필지로 대부분이 부정형이었다. 둘째, 필지 크기는 동도와 서도의 4필지가 전체 면적의 약 90%를 차지하고, 나미지 33필지가 전제면적의 약 10%를 차지하였다. 셋째, 독도리 진체의 공시지가는 263,927,353원이며, 대부분의 필지가 ㎡당 199원이었으나, 접안시설인 산27번지, 산28번지와 경비초소인 산35번지는 ㎡당 공시지가가 95,000원으로 상당한 가격 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 독도리의 지목은 37필지 모두가 임야로 나타났다. 다섯째, 소유권은 국유지로서 해양수산부가 관리하고 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the parcel of Dokdo-ri from the cadastral standpoint of view and with such background it is aimed at clarifying mode on the Dokdo-ri. To achieve the purpose of the study above, the study realm was focused on from April 1. 1961 to now in terms of the time while targeting Dokdo-ri in torms of the space Meantime, it was limited to clarifying the parcel's mode in terms of the contents. As a result of the analysis, most of the parcel shape in Dokdo-ri showed to be indeterminate form as the ground is not continued. Second, as for the land size, 4 land parcels at Dong-do and Sea-do account for abut 90% of the total area and other 33 land parcels account for about 10% of the total area. Third, the total land price announced in Dokdo-ri is W263,927,353 and most of the land parcel was W199 per ㎡ but the addiess san27 and san28 at quay facilities and the address san35 at guards area was W95,OOO per ㎡ showing signifilcant difference in the price. Fourth, the land category of Dokdo-ri was all forest land with 37 land parcels. Fifth, the ownership was controlled by the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries as the government owned land.
