地目分布變化가 地方財政自立度에 미치는 影響

Influencing the Financial Independence Rate of Cities and Provinces by Distribution Changes of Land Category

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 지목체계를 고찰하고 지목분포변화가 지방재정자립도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 연구복적을 달성하기 위해 연구범위를 시간적으로는 1985년확터 2001년까지로 하고, 공간적으로는 우리나라 시도를 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구 및 지적통계분석, 지방재정 자립도통계분석을 하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 각 시도의 토지이용 계회시 지목 "대"의 최소면적과 직절한 인구밀도를 합리적으로 결정한다면 지방재징정자립도 향상에 기여할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analysis influencing the financial independence rate of cities and provinces by distribution changes of land category in Korea by means of analyzing the land category system. For this purpose, tho time fiame for the study was set for the period beginning from 1985 to 2001, while the scope of study was limited in cities and provinces of Korea. The method of tho study was used the review of relevant literature and the statistics analysis of cadastral and of the financial independence rate of cities and provinces. This research will be when the land use development program of cities and provinces are established, if tho minimum area of land categoly-"building site" and the density of population are decided rationally, go far toward rising of the financial independence late of cities and provinces.
