전북 지역농협 유통사업의 효율성 분석과 우선순위결정

Distribution Efficiency Analysis and the Priority Decision for the Regional Agricultural Cooperatives in Chon-buk Province

본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 지역농협의 유통사업을 DEA모형을 이용하여 평가한 후 비 효율적으로 판단된 농협에 대해서는 개선책을 제시하고, 둘째, 우선순위 결정에 대한 변별력이 없고 정성적 요소에 대한 분석의 결여라는 DEA모형의 한계를 AHP모형을 통해 극복하여 효율 농협 간 우선순위를 결정한다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 전라북도에 있는 지역농협 중 최근 5년간 판매·구매·마트 사업의 실적이 있고, 조합원 규모가 1,000명 이상인 51개 농협을 분석 대상으로 하였으며, 지역농협의 경제사업 중 유통사업(판매와 구매, 마트사업)으로 한정하여 분석하였다. 자원의 우선배분을 위하여 효율적으로 판단된 6개 농협의 우선순위를 분석한 결과 E농협, F농협, B농협, A농협, C농협, D농협 순으로 나타났다.

This study has evaluated distribution achievements of regional cooperatives by using the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) and AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process) models. Through this evaluation and analysis, this study meant to present a direction to improve the inefficient regional cooperatives and the priority decision of regional cooperatives that were measured to be efficient.
