대구지역 안경테 산업의 클러스터 특성 및 효과분석

An Analysis on the Features and Effects of Optical Industry Cluster in Daegu City

본 연구에서는 대구지역 안경테 산업이 어떠한 클러스터의 특성을 가지고 있는지를 알아본 다음 설문조사를 활용한 실증적 분석을 통하여 클러스터의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 입지계수 분석과 변화할당분석을 통해서 대구지역 안경테산업의 입지경쟁력이 저하되는 것을 알 수 있다. 다음으로 대구지역 안경테 클러스터의 효과를 요인분석, 회귀분석, t-test를 이용하여 분석한 결과 클러스터의 구성요인들 중에서 집적의 효과, 교육훈련, 학습효과가 혁신에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 생산성과 관련해서는 하청기업과의 네트워크, 교육훈련이 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 정책대안으로는 관련 기업들의 영세성에 따르는 비효율을 줄이고 혁신을 유도할 수 있는 클러스터 구성주체들의 형성 및 역할 강화가 필요하며 기술개발이나 신제품개발을 할 수 있는 교육훈련 등이 필요하다.

Optical industry cluster in Daegu City is losing its competitive power as the integrated region of optical companies. It is found by the method of analysis as Location Quotient and Shift Share Analysis. This is caused by the lack of innovation incentives and cluster constitution groups. By the method of factor analysis, t-test, regression, it is found that main determinants for innovation and productivity are integration level, education and training, human resource development, network. Therefore, policy alternatives should be made for the development of these positive factors.
