A Study on Export Risk Management of IT - Industries According to the Globalization

This thesis under the purpose of systematizing and classifying the export risk of IT-Industries overall studied about the basic and scientific techniques of handling risk to control export risk of IT-industry products. It is said that the export risk of IT-Industries is the dynamic risk caused by the dynamic change of social economy. But at present in the main export market of Korea as the market share of China rises the competitive power of export price of Korea is weakening rapidly. This thesis concluded as follows about the major methods and means of export risk control of the IT-Industries. The competitive power in export of IT-Industries should be raised and diversification of IT-Industries products and payability should be secured. Especially the managerial methods aimed at the main product and main market should be avoided and providing the plan to secure the payability the export risk of IT-Industries should be dispersed appropriately. The present export environment is changing by the globalization and facing with the many uncertainty. In the future the prospect is that the export risk of IT-Industries will be growed and its control more complicated and more troublesome. Accordingly the IT-Industries must build up the system of risk control the new managerial risk.
