A Study on Leadership of Service Firms

In this study's purpose is to find out most suitable leadership style for service companies competitiveness. Many scholar studies leadership and service company but they focused the one leadership's effectiveness and service company's performance. But leadership has so many dynamic side because leadership was used to leader. Leader has many dynamic situations on work, especially service company's leader has many situation so, he should not adopt one style leadership. This study is to find that what is best conformity leadership on service company and what leadership style is suitable on the specific service company.
