대학평가발전을 위한 대학평가기구간 국제협력방안

A Study of Developing Cooperative Plans among Accreditation Agencies

세계적으로 대학평가에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있는 상황에서 평가의 결과활용과 질 제고를 위하여 평가기구들의 협력이 중요하게 논의되고 있다. 또한 국제화로 인한 인적교류의 활성화는 고등교육에 대한 상호인정문제를 야기하고, 문제해결 방안으로 대학평가의 활용이 제기되고 있다. 국내 고등교육과 대학평가의 발전측면에서 외국 평가기구와 협력방안의 모색이 필요하다. 평가결과의 상호인정과 교류를 위해 평가기구간 네트워크의 구축이 요구되며, 세미나 및 공동연구를 통한 정보교환, 평가참여에 의한 인적교류, 핵심 평가항목의 공동개발, 평가결과 상호인정을 위한 협약체결 등의 협력방안이 제시될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop international cooperative plans among accreditation agencies. For this study, problems in internal university evaluation, an international tendency of higher education, international agencies and network for quality assurance analyzed. The individual nations make strengthen the accreditation system in connect with international competitiveness. Internationally, higher education creates mutual recognition problems of a degree in WTO and globalization. Application of accreditation system and mutual recognition of evaluation outcome proposes by this solution. In order to development for internal higher education and evaluation of university, international cooperative plans need among accreditation agencies. The cooperative plans of accreditation agencies are suggested making of quality assurance networks, exchange of information and manpower between agencies, conclusion of an agreement, joint developing of evaluation index.
