A Study on the Change of Property Rights by Expropriation

Public expropriation is a compulsory system, that a public institution acquire the property rights of another person for the purpose of performancing public works. The representative property rights is lands. But it is demanded just compensation to the owner of the lands by the legal procedure. The last step of public expropriation is a verdict. After the verdict, the procedure of public expropriation is closed, and a lot of legal effects occured. The fundamental effect of public expropriation is devided into two. The public institution acquire the object for accomplishing public works, and the owner of the lands lose the property rights. But the owner of the lands receive the amount of a loss. In this article, mainly studied about the time, necessary requirements, effects of the change of property rights.
