A Study on the Direction of the Amendment of Real Estate Brokerage System

This study is aimed to propose a future research direction for the amendment of real estate brokerage system based on current legal structure of real estate brokerage. To accomplish this research object this study examines various issues such as, the process of real estate brokerage activities and the role of the real estate broker, characteristics of real estate market, and the comparison of the foreign countries' real estate brokerage systems. This study suggests desirable directions for the amendment of the real estate brokerage system as follows. First, it is necessary to introduce an institutional mechanism in order for controlling and managing various informations related to real estate and market with the reexamination of the scope of the existing real estate brokerage. Second, it requires further examination to modify existing test system for the real estate brokerage license in order for enhancing real estate broker's professional abilities in the field.
