A Plan for Building up the Cultural and Sightseeing Town as the Company Townn

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES We said that 21C is the cultural century. The cultural industry is the source of strength for local development. The Company Town is that the private company takes the initiative in doing for the economic development project of local government. The cultural industry and sightseeing industry can be good Company Town. This study focus on building up the Cultural and Sightseeing Town as the Company Town. (2) RESEARCH METHOD We choose the analysis of books, articles and statistical data as the research method of this study. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS The results of our analysis suggest that the central government and local government should amend of the make efforts improvement of the systems and laws for building up the Cultural and Sightseeing Town as the Company Town. 2. RESULTS The conclusion of this study is as follow. First, for successful building up of the company town, we should amend of the special law of the company town. Second, we should build up the cooperation system among the national government, the local government and the private company. 3.
