An Analysis of Real Estate Business Cycle and Real Estate Policies in Korea by Using Logistic Equations

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to analysis Real Estate Business Cylcle and Real Estate Policies in Korea by Using Chaos Model and to appraise the usefulness of the model. (2) RESEARCH METHOD To achieve the research objectives, this study makes new real estate business cylcle model by using logistic difference equation in chaos theory and appraises the usefulness of the chaos model by inputting real data in Korea to the model. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS As result I made a chaos model by using chaos conception and explained the past real estate business cycle and the past real estate policies in Korea. 2. RESULTS I could explain the past real estate business cycle and real estate policies in Korea more reasonably by using the chaos model than by using existing model. 3.
