1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This paper focuses on estimating the effect of housing and apartment price changes on real estate policy in korea. To achieve this goal, the house price model is used to address an important question; Are these housing policies effects? Among the diverse factors that affect real estate price, housing policies on housing market have a substantial effect on housing price. Government announce a series of housing policies on real estate market and that policies have a goal of real estate market stabilization. (2) RESEARCH METHOD empirical analysis : Auto Regressive Error Mode : research for connected books(data) (3) RESEARCH RESULTS After Government announced a series of housing policies, housing price have been little changed. 2. RESULTS This study was carried out to measure the effect of housing and apartment price changes on real estate policy in korea. Effective parameters are 5.22 policy and 10.29 policy. 3.
