Architectural Approach for Value Improvement of National Property - Based on case of Ministry of Information and Communication's Post Office -

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Among national properties of various governmental offices and departments, the focus was put on postal administration business which is heading to a crisis caused by rapidly increasing deficit. Our purpose is to present device for value improvement of property of postal administration business headquarters of Ministry of Information and Communication. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Research was made on cases of domestic postal offices planned to be built along with cases of foreign post offices. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS Problems of domestic postal administration business were first found out. And for its solutions, research on domestic and foreign cases were carried out, superior cases for benchmarking was regulated so that these can be applied to the post offices to be built or to be remodeled. 2. RESULTS Based on domestic & foreign research, device for value improvement both operation and architecture part of postal administration business. 3.
