Analysis and Prospect of Private Information Network for Real Estate Transaction

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to analyze the private information network for real estate transaction. (2) RESEARCH METHODS To achieve the research objectives, this study systematically reviews the previous studies related to the information network for real estate transaction and analyzes the effective alternatives for the information network. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS This study examines the effects of information network on the real estate transaction. It also suggests several alternatives for establishing the effective information network as a information circulation system in the real estate transaction. 2. RESULTS The main purpose of this study is to review the effects of information network for real estate transaction and to analyze the effective alternatives for the information network. The results of this study also suggest an integrated information management system for real estate transaction. The suggested information system is designed for custom-made system for differential services. This private information network can contribute to the transparency and stabilization of real estate transaction. 3.
