1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to find ways to activate Real Estate Title Insurance which is the elementary level as a regulation and emerges as an alternative for a safe transaction because of the lack of proper Real Estate related procedures and regulations, unopenness of Real Estate markets and trend of Real Estate' becoming stocks in korean Real Estate markets. (2) RESEARCH METHOD To study the ways, related theses, publications and a variety of statistics released in korea and abroad are theologically reviewed and materials obtained from related references, papers and Real Estate related internet sources are used and at the same time the case study of Real Estate Title Insurance business are carried out. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS To make active public relations, to make Real Estate Title Insurance compulsory insurance, to secure Real Estate Title analyzing professionals and to build date base from Real Estate Title investigation are ways to activate Real Estate Title Insurance. 2. RESULTS Real Estate Title Insurance is a way to protect Real Estate Title in private sectors introduced as an alternative for safe traction and somedisadvantages of registration in korea. Real Estate Title Insurance needs to be improved diversely to offer professional services to peculiar korean Real Estate transaction culture. 3.
