A Study on the Underground Space Law

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to examine the laws to utilize the underground space. (2) RESEARCH METHODS To achieve the research objectives, this study theoretically reviews the laws related to the utilization of underground space and examines the legal considerations to improve the relationship between the real estate and the human. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS This study suggests the effective alternatives to improve the laws related to the utilization of underground space. Theses are based on the relationship between the real estate and the human. These can contribute to establishing the laws related to the underground space. 2. RESULTS The main purpose of this study is to review the laws related to the utilization of underground space. Through the review of foreign cases, this study suggests the effective alternatives to improve the laws related to the utilization of underground space. The results of this study also suggest comprehensive considerations on the underground space law. 3. KEY WORDS underground space, underground law, use of real estate
