A Study on The Cadastral Re-Investigation Using Mobil Urban Information System

&nbsp;&nbsp;현재의 지적도는 1910년 토지조사사업에 의하여 실제 토지필지를 1/1,200으로 축소하여 도면에 등록한 도해지적으로 정확도가 낮은 지적체계로써 토지관리에 많은 문제점을 가져다주고 있다. 이는 지적의 불부합으로 이어져 개인의 재산권 행사에 어려움을 초래하고 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;따라서, 본 논문에서는 효율적인 지적재조사사업을 추진하고, 정확한 지적자료의 취득을 위하여 지적재조사사업의 문제점을 파악하여 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였으며, 지적불부합지에 대한 유형과 현황분석을 통해 체계적인 정리방안을 제시하고자 하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 지적재조사사업의 새로운 추진방향에 대한 의견을 제시하였으며, 지적측량자료의 효과적인 취득을 위하여 새로운 작업공정인 Tablet PC를 활용한 측량방법을 고려하여 연구하였다.
