국유지의 효율적인 조사와 관리방안에 관한 연구

A study on effective management methodology for national land

  한정된 토지로 인해 국토의 효율적 이용이 증대되고 있는 실정에서 국유재산의 괸리실태가 체계적이지 못해 이에 대한 효율적 조사 및 관리방안을 제시한다. 국유재산의 무분별한 방치, 비효율적 관리로 재산가치 하락 등의 사례를 조사하고 관리청도 다원화되어 있는 점 등을 분석하여 이에 대한 문제점을 관리주체, 관리행정, 관리시스템적으로 접근하여 개선방향을 제시하였다.

  In this study an effective investigation and management method in regard with national land management have been presented in the situation of an effective land use demands have been increased due to the land resource limitation.   A case study has been carried on abandoned the national land, land value decrease and various administrative body. The improvement ways have been proposed in terms of administrative body, public administration and management system approach.
