개발계획의 의사결정을 위한 대상지역의 지형분석기법(사례연구)

  인간의 삶을 위한 개발행위는 이제 단순한 공간활용을 위한 개발이 아니라 자연지형을 가능한 보존하며 주변지형과 조화될 수 있는 방향으로 추진하는 추세이다. 이러한 자연친화적인 개발계획을 위해서는 지형 및 속성에 대한 체계적인 정보가 있어야 하며 목표달성을 위한 GIS의 구축과 면밀한 분석이 뒷받침 되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 시범지역을 선정하여 입지분석을 위해 GIS기법을 적용하였다. 이를 위하여 대상지역에 대해 지적도, 토지대장, 수치지형도, 위성영상 등을 기본으로 D/B를 구축하고 속성 및 토폴로지분석을 통해 site-planing을 위한 의사결정 자료를 제공하였다. 또한 3차원 지형모델링 및 시뮬레이션을 구축하여 스카이라인, 조망 등 경관분석이 가능하도록 하였다.

  These days, the act of development is no longer simply for the utilization of land, but aims to preserve the natural terrain as much as possible and harmonize with the regional environment. In order to practice such close-to-nature development plans, there must be systematic information about the terrain and the regional attribute, supported by the construction of GIS for goal achievement as well as meticulous analysis. The research selects pilot regions and applies the GIS technique for the location analysis. As for methodologies, a D/B regarding the objective region was built on the basis of cadastral maps, land registration books, digital maps and satellite images, and decision-making data for the site-planning was provided through topology and property analysis. Also, A three-dimensional terrain modeling along with simulations were established, enabling analysis of the landscape , such as the skyline and the prospect.
