평생교육사 전문성 구인 타당화 및 전문성 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색에 관한 실증 연구

A study on validation of lifelong learning programmer"s professionalism factors and exploration of related variables

  평생학습 영역의 확대로 보다 체계적이고 효율성 있는 평생교육 활동을 위한 평생교육사의 전문성 제고를 위한 노력이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 평생교육사의 전문성에 대한 잠정적 개념 정의를 위한 전문성 구인을 현장 타당화하며, 이에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 탐색함으로써 평생교육사의 전문성 제고를 위한 제언을 위해 평생교육담당자 413명의 실증적 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 평생교육사 전문성의 4가지 구인으로는 ‘운영 및 관리 능력’, ‘기획 및 개발 능력’, ‘전문가로서 헌신하려는 능력’, ‘평가 능력’으로 확인되었으며, 이들 각 영역의 전문성 정도는 자격증 소지 여부, 평생교육 관련 업무에의 근무 연수, 소속 기관의 담당자수, 연수 기회 등의 요인과 상관을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 평생교육사 전문성에 미치는 각 영향요인들의 상대적 영향력은 전문성의 하위 영역에 따라 다른 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타나 평생교육사의 전문성은 다양한 요인의 복합적 작용에 의해 형성됨을 알 수 있다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 평생교육사의 전문성을 제고시키기 위해서는 평생교육사 양성-자격증 취득-배치-연수 및 재교육에 이르는 평생교육사 계속 교육 체제를 구축해야 함을 제언하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study attempted to verify professionalism factors of lifelong learning programmers and to find variables that affect professionalism factors. For this study, survey questionnaire method is applied and collect 413 lifelong learning programmers&quot;s data.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of this study are summarized as follows; First, four professionalism factors of lifelong learning programmers are verified. They are ‘program planning and developing competency’, ‘program managing competency’, ‘program evaluating competency’ and ‘dedicating competency as professional’. Seconds, these factors of professionalism are affected by their licence, career years, training opportunities and so on. Thirds, sub-factors of professionalism are affected by complex effects of various variables. According results, we suggested to construct professional continuing educational systems that include pre-educational curriculum, licencing system, job offering, and re-training for upgrading professionalism of lifelong learning programmers
