A Study on Administration Corruptions in the Constitution

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 논문은 행정부패의 원인을 개인적 접근방법, 제도적 접근방법, 구조적 접근방법, 환경적 접근방법을 통해서 분석하고 그 대책을 수립하고자 하는 것이 목적이었다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;행정부패방지의 연구방법과 방향은 이론과 실제적인 연구의 접목이 바람직하나 이 논문은 주로 이론적 기술적 접근방법 또는 규범적인 방법을 활용하였고, 경험적 실증적 연구는 본 논문과 관련한 기존의 자료를 활용하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;분석의 결과 행정부패의 대책으로는 자발적인 부패방지 노력, 내부공익신고제도(whistle-blowing)조성, 조직내의 부패풍토 혁신 등이었다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study aimed at establishing the measures after analysing administration corruptions through personal approaching method, institutional approaching method, structural approaching method and environmental approaching method.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Grafting actual theory and research is desirable for the methods and directions of administration corruption prevention. However, this study applied theoratical and technical approaching methods, or normative methods, and empirical research applied existing data related to this study.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results were that the steps for administration corruption prevention included spontaneous corruption prevention efforts, promoting whistle-blowing, reforming corruption pattern and etc.
