공립 단설유치원과 병설유치원의 표준교육비 산출 연구

A Study on the Analysis of Standard Cost of Education in Public Independent Kindergarten and Attached Kindergarten

  본 연구는 우리나라 공립 단설유치원과 병설유치원의 표준교육비를 수업과정(반일제, 시간연장제, 종일제)과 학급 규모(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6학급)에 따라 산출한 것이다. 단설유치원 규모별 표준교육비는 반일제 유치원 1, 3, 6학급 규모의 경우 표준교육비 총액은 각각 127,053,000원, 299,438,000원, 492,275,000원으로 나타났으며, 시간연장제 유치원 1, 3, 6학급 규모의 경우 표준교육비 총액은 각각 151,559,000원, 348,235,000원, 586,968,000원으로 나타났다. 종일제 유치원 1, 3, 6학급 규모의 경우 표준교육비 총액은 각각 162,001,000원, 376,642,000원, 642,323,000원으로 산출되었다. 병설유치원 규모별 표준교육비는 반일제 유치원 1, 3, 6학급 규모의 경우 표준교육비 총액은 각각 82,825,000원, 230,975,000원, 391,039,000원으로 나타났으며, 시간연장제 유치원 1, 3, 6학급 규모의 경우 표준교육비 총액은 각각 107,331,000원, 279,772,000원, 485,732,000원으로 나타났다. 종일제 유치원 1, 3, 6학급 규모의 경우 표준교육비 총액은 각각 117,773,000원, 308,179,000원, 541,087,000원으로 산출되었다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to analyze the standard cost of education in public independent kindergarten and attached kindergarten by institution scale and program. The standard cost of education can be defined as the minimum educational cost which is required to operate the curriculum normally. It consists of standard cost of personnel expenses, educational activities, and institutional operation. Thus, the standard cost of educational activities is the minimum cost for the operation of kindergarten curriculum activities in class.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;According to the results of the study, the standard cost of education in public independent kindergarten is as follows:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In half-day kindergarten with 1, 3, 6 classes the standard costs of education are 127,053,000 won, 299,438,000 won, and 492,275,000 won, respectively. In extended-time kindergarten with 1, 3, 6 classes the standard costs of education are 151,559,000 won, 348,235,000 won, and 586,968,000 won, respectively. In full-day kindergarten with 1, 3, 6 classes the standard costs of education are 162,001,000 won, 376,642,000 won, and 642,323,000 won, respectively.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The standard cost of education in public attached kindergarten is as follows:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In half-day kindergarten with 1, 3, 6 classes the standard costs of education are 82,825,000 won, 230,975,000 won, and 391,039,000 won, respectively. In extended-time kindergarten with 1, 3, 6 classes the standard costs of education are 107,331,000 won, 279,772,000 won, and 485,732,000 won, respectively. In full-day kindergarten with 1, 3, 6 classes the standard costs of education are 117,773,000 won, 308,179,000 won, and 541,087,000 won, respectively.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In conclusion, the additional educational investment for the operation of public independent kindergarten and attached kindergarten is needed to guarantee the standard cost fully. The results of the study may give some important implications to decide the share ratio of parents&quot; educational costs for public independent kindergarten and attached kindergarten education.
