환경요인, 성장단계 및 조직간 협력전략 - 창업기업과 대기업을 중심으로

Environmental Factors, Growth Stages and Interorganizational Cooperation Strategies : Focused on Firms of Starting up a Business and a Large Enterprise

  본 연구는 기업의 내ㆍ외부 환경요인과 성장단계 그리고 조직간의 협력전략을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기업의 외부환경요인과 기업의 성장에 있어서 환경의 동태성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 외부환경요인과 조직간 협력전략에 있어서 전방환경복잡성이 협력전략에 유의한 영향관계였다. 셋째, 기업내부환경요인과 기업성장에 있어서 기술 풍요성이 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 기업의 내부환경요인과 조직간 협력전략에 있어서 공정복잡성이 유의한 영향관계였다. 다섯째, 기업성장단계의 타당성 분석을 조직업력과 종업원 수를 중심으로 실시한 결과 조직업력을 기준으로 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 여섯째, 창업기업 성장단계와 협력전략의 분석에서 창업기업은 전반적으로 성장할수록 구조자율성이 높은 기능별 제휴전략이 증가하는 한편, 구조자율성이 낮은 아웃소싱, 스핀아웃, 인수합병의 협력전략은 높아졌다. 본 연구의 전략적 함의와 연구의 한계는 요약 부분에 참고할 수 있다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper examines the major relationships among environmental factors, growth stages, and cooperation strategies between interorganizational firms based on the conceptual model.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To investigate the above relationships three hypotheses are proposed as followings. H1: External environmental factors are significantly influence on the growth stages of firms which starting up a business and the cooperation strategies between iinterorganizational firms. H2: Intrafirm environmental factors are significantly influence on the growth stages of firms which starting up a business and the cooperation strategy between interorganizational firms. H3: There is a significant difference among the cooperation strategies as the growth stages of firms which starting up a business.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The research results are shown as followings. (1) It was found that dynamism is significantly influence on the growth stages of firms which starting up a business. (2) The front-end environmental complexity is significantly influence on firms which starting up a business and a large enterprise cooperation strategies (3) The technology resource munificence is significantly influence on the growth stages of firms which starting up a business. (4) The product process complexity is significantly influence on firms which starting up a business and cooperation strategies between interorganizational firms (5) As venture firms are growing gradually, the strategy of strategic alliance with higher structural autonomy is functionally increased. And the strategy of strategic alliance in terms of outsourcing, spin out, and M&amp;A are decreased.
