In order to implement global e-trade with FTA major negotiating countries, this study has been reviewed carefully various analysis of preceding research, the current status and future directions of FTA negotiation. On the basis of these background, it has set up the empirical research model for effective implementation of global e-trade with FTA negotiating nations. Five assumptions have been suggested and analyzed in depth and surveyed questionnaire to trading companies using EDI. As a result of this analysis, it is necessary for Korea to negotiate preferentially with ASEAN and China among FTA major negotiating countries for e-trade implementation. Also e- trade implementation in field of international documents must be set as a priority task and trading companies want to implement B2B transaction rather than B2G. In addition, the cost-down will contribute the highest positive effect for trading companies, and the biggest problem with implementing global e-trade still has not been solved due to a lack of workforce and technical infrastructure.
