The purpose of this theses is to examine W？nch？k(圓測, 613~696)"s viewpoint of Param？rtha-Satya(勝義諦) through his commentary on Sa ？dhinirmocana-s？tra(解深密經). Param？rtha-Satya, the world of truth, is explained by five characteristics in Sa ？dhinirmocana-s？tra. W？nch ？k introduces diverse explainations to explain characteri stics of Param？rtha-Satya. Especially, these explaination s are based on the commentaries on Yog？c？ra buddhist scripture by Param？rtha(眞諦), Mah？y？na-sa ？parigrahabh？ ？ya(攝大乘論釋), and Ch"eng Wei-Shih Lun(成唯識論) etc. A unique characteristic of W？nch？k"s explaination is t o interpret Param？rtha-Satya through Three Nature The ory(三性說) of Yog？c？ra Buddhism. The most basic char acteristic of Param？rtha-Satya is that it transcends hum an language. From this point he interprets five characte ristics of Param？rtha-Satya with the relationship of pari ni？panna-svabh？va(圓成實性), para-tantra-svabh？va(依他 起性), and parikalpita-svabh？va(遍計所執性). In conclusio n, W？nch？k not only introduces us diverse explainations of Param？rtha-Satya, but also shows us how to accept those explainations tolerantly.
